Itinerary:

Day 1
Flight Detroit - London

Day 2
Meet your Tour Director and check into your first hotel.
London City Walk: Thames River, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery Visit, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Soho.

We'll finish our first day with a typical Fish & chips dinner.

Day 3
London Guided Sightseeing Tour:
Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge,
Hyde Park, St. Paul’s Cathedral.


Optional Windsor Castle guided excursion $80


Day 4
London - Paris
Eurostar Chunnel crossing

Paris City Walk: Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame Cathedral visit, Ile St. Louis,
Latin Quarter visit, Louvre visit

Dinner in Latin Quarter

Day 5
Paris Guided Sightseeing Tour:
Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, École Militaire, Les Invalides, Conciergerie, Tuileries, Place Vendôme, Opera House.


Optional Versailles Guided Excursion $70 (State Apartments, Hall of Mirrors, Gardens of Versailles)


Seine River Sightseeing Cruise

Day 6
Paris - Florence: Overnight train to Florence (This is much more comfortable than with a bus. Everyone will have a "couchette" (small bed) and when you'll wake up, you'll be in Italy!)

Day 7
Florence Guided Walking Sightseeing Tour with Whisper headsets:
Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Chiesa di Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo visit,
Leather workshop, Gates of Paradise, Giotto’s Bell Tower, Dante's house.

Italian Pizza dinner

Day 8
Florence - Rome
Travel to Rome by coach
St. Francis of Assisi Basilica visit

Rome City Walk: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona


Day 9
Rome Guided Walking Sightseeing Tour with Whisper headsets:
Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel visit, St. Peter’s Basilica visit, Colosseum visit, Piazza Venezia,
Forum Romanum visit

Authentic Trattoria Dinner

Day 10
Travel to Sorrento and visit of this Italian gem

Cameo workshop
Pompeii guided excursion (UNESCO world heritage site)

Day 11
Sorrento - Rome
Visit of the island Capri (also called the "Pearl of the Meditteranean Sea") & its Blue Grotto




Day 12
Your tour director assists with the transfer to the airport in Rome, where you will check in for your return flight to Detroit.

How much does this cost?
Travelers under 23 years old (students) > $ 3749.00
Travelers 23 years old and above (adults) > $ 4194.00
The price difference is due to the rooming arrangements: under 23 will room in triple or quadruple rooms; 23 and over in double rooms.
Prices will likely increase, so do sign up early!
